Position: Project Administrator Role in Environmental Management
As a Project Administrator with Ecofor, based in either Prince George or Fort St. James, you will play an essential role in ensuring the success of our resource management projects. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and streamline communication will be key in fostering an efficient work environment.

Reporting to the PMO Manager, this position focuses on coordinating administrative tasks essential for project execution. From document management to facilitating internal communications, your role directly supports Ecofor's mission of environmental stewardship. You will also engage in content creation for newsletters and assist in keeping digital project boards updated on

Key Responsibilities:

• Format presentations and templates using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

• Maintain and update project tracking boards on

• Create newsletters and manage the PMO SharePoint site

• Collaborate on project task coordination with the PMO Project Coordinator

• Provide logistical support for meetings and events

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of administrative experience in project settings

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to adapt to varying project needs

• Higher education in a relevant field preferred
