Supported by your experience in document control, this role includes managing engineering and contractor documents throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient project delivery while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain document management procedures

• Track and archive project documentation accurately

• Conduct audits ensuring document compliance and traceability

• Coordinate timely exchanges of documents with stakeholders

• Optimize document control processes for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Management or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 3 years in document control, preferably in mining

• Familiarity with document management tools and Microsoft software

• Exceptional attention to detail in high-volume environments

• Capability to work in remote locations on set rotations
