In this dynamic position, you will report to the Director and engage closely with faculty and staff to manage the Centre's operations. Your core duties involve scheduling appointments and providing crucial support services, reinforcing a student-centric philosophy throughout all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the daily operations of the Academic Success Centre

• Process appointment requests for testing and tutoring services

• Generate and analyze service usage statistics

• Aid in maintaining and promoting Centre resources

• Support accessibility services with appropriate documentation

Requirements:

• One-year certificate in relevant field

• At least three years of experience in administration

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong keyboarding skills at 50 WPM

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
