Become an essential part of BC Hydro in Prince George as a permanent full-time Administrative Support Assistant. This role emphasizes data management, clerical duties, and interpersonal skills.
BC Hydro seeks a self-disciplined Administrative Support Assistant with exceptional skills. You will compile data for statistical reports, manage Local Work Contracts, and support budgeting processes. The position encompasses diverse tasks, including clerical duties, meeting coordination, and employee training oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare statistical summaries from collected data
• Maintain performance records using software packages
• Coordinate meetings and travel for the Area Manager
• Process invoices and manage Local Purchases
• Assist in developing budgets and reviewing variance reports
Requirements:
• High School diploma required
• 12 months experience in office administration
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
• In-house training on BC Hydro systems needed
• Strong interpersonal skills essential
