This role requires a detail-oriented candidate with automotive parts experience to ensure smooth logistics for incoming and outgoing parts. Previous customer service or administrative roles are a plus. Candidates should be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining communication with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in daily release meetings on parts status
• Follow up with vendors regarding late or damaged parts
• Negotiate credit amounts and document justifications
• Communicate updates with shipping companies and internal teams
• Enter data accurately into computer systems
Requirements:
• Experience with automotive parts preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Customer service or administrative experience an asset
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
