IDL is on the lookout for a Labourer/OFA Level 3 who is dedicated to supporting a safe construction environment. This position involves administering first aid as needed and executing construction tasks as part of a collaborative team. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining safety and quality throughout projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer first aid services to all construction personnel

• Perform tasks to assist the labor crew in project execution

• Support various trades with general labor work

• Manage administrative support tasks depending on skillset

• Engage in other related duties as they arise

Requirements:

• Essential:
Occupational First Aid Level Three (3)

• Must have experience in a construction environment

• Knowledge in incident investigation is necessary

• Understanding of WorkSafeBC and related regulations

• Proficient interpersonal communication skills needed
