IDL Projects Inc. is looking to hire a Senior Estimator with over 10 years of experience in construction. You will oversee the preparation of competitive estimates, coordinate with project teams, and engage with subcontractors to optimize project bids. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for building projects
• Review and interpret construction drawings and reports
• Oversee quantity take-offs and pricing of materials
• Develop effective bidding strategies and options
• Prepare comprehensive tender submissions, ensuring scope coverage
Requirements:
• 10+ years of estimating experience in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction project scopes and risks
• Proficient in estimating software tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
