Position: Project-Based Safety Coordinator Role
Become a key player in health and safety as a Project-Based Safety Coordinator at IDL Projects Inc. This position emphasizes onsite safety management and compliance across diverse construction locations, requiring flexibility for travel.

You will be responsible for coordinating health and safety programs, conducting audits, and leading safety meetings to ensure compliance with corporate and legislative requirements. Candidates need at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing the ability to communicate effectively and manage safety documentation. Your leadership will help foster a culture of safety throughout each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an effective health and safety program

• Perform safety audits and inspections regularly

• Participate in project safety meetings consistently

• Report and track incidents for management review

• Work closely with project and safety teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years health and safety experience

• Accreditation as National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) is a plus

• Strong communication skills essential

• Familiarity with construction safety requirements

• Must be adaptable to on-site travel schedules
