Position: Paving Foreman at Terus Construction

As a Paving Foreman, you will report directly to the Superintendent, playing a vital role in asphalt paving operations. Your leadership will ensure high standards of quality control while managing site workers efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to project specifications and schedules

• Monitor asphalt and subgrade quality for issues

• Organize materials and equipment for projects

• Prepare incident and daily reports on project activities

• Lead crew members in civil and municipal projects

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience in road construction and team leadership

• Knowledge of road construction methods and materials

• Valid class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract

• Ability to read and interpret engineered plans
