Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze contract documents to define project requirements

• Complete quantity take-offs for accurate pricing

• Establish critical path schedules and timelines

• Solicit competitive pricing from subcontractors

• Prepare final tender documents for client submission

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in construction estimating

• Experience with civil or heavy civil contractors

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required

• Ability to work independently and multitask
