Position: Paving Operations Superintendent Role

In this pivotal position, you will oversee all field operations related to asphalt paving projects. Your leadership will ensure crews are organized effectively, contracts are delivered on time, and project specifications align with customer expectations. Collaborate closely with general contractors and manage subcontractor activities to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and plan work according to project requirements

• Develop traffic control strategies in collaboration with vendors

• Attend project meetings to monitor compliance

• Liaise with clients to manage estimates and contracts

• Supervise material orders and deliveries during projects

Requirements:

• At least five years of industry experience

• Educational background in Engineering or Construction Management

• Relevant certifications in asphalt processes desirable

• Strong command of Microsoft and Google Suite

• Proven communication and analytical skills
