Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed cost estimates and manage RFPs

• Solicit vendor pricing for bids and proposals

• Track project milestones and support project managers

• Prepare project reports and communication documents

• Ensure compliance with safety standards throughout projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating or project coordination

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
