At IDL Projects Inc., we are seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to oversee our Health and Safety initiatives. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years in a relevant role and be able to apply their expertise within the industrial construction field. You'll be responsible for coordinating safety protocols, conducting inspections, and facilitating safety meetings to ensure adherence to company and legislative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer health and safety programs on-site

• Conduct inspections and prepare audit reports

• Create and distribute Flash Reports for incidents

• Facilitate Tool Box and safety meetings daily

• Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Health and Safety

• Preferred experience in Industrial Construction

• Accreditation as NCSO or CSO is desirable

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient with MS Office applications
