We are looking for a reliable Loader Operator with experience in operating heavy equipment such as dozers, graders, and backhoes. This role requires a mechanical aptitude and awareness of safety protocols to support construction activities like grading and site preparation. Coordinate with team members to keep projects on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery safely on construction sites

• Assist in grading, paving, and earthmoving tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience with loaders, excavators, and dozers

• Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment

• Valid CDL preferred, depending on project needs

• Familiarity with construction paving and grading

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors
