• Accountable for overall project performance of one major project (>$300M in value)
• Oversee the design, construction, and warranty handover of projects to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule objectives
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required
• Develop and maintain pre-construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, commissioning and PDI schedules
• Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s)
• Ensure project safety standards, company, client policies and environmental programs are adhered to

• 20+ years supervisory or equivalent experience
• Located in or willing to relocate to Prince George, British Columbia.
• Engineering or Construction related degree/diploma, or an equivalent work experience
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards, union jurisdiction, labor agreements and negotiations essential
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills
• The salary range for this position is $190,000 +
