Position: Wright Health and Safety Role
Become a Health and Safety Coordinator at Wright Canada Holdings in Prince George, British Columbia, and lead safety excellence in the workplace.

Your role will directly impact employee safety and compliance.

As a full-time Coordinator, you will support the Health and Safety Manager in developing robust Occupational Health & Safety programs. This includes implementing safety policies, conducting trainings, and performing audits. Your proactive approach will promote a culture of safety across operations and ensure high compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor employees on safety policies and practices

• Facilitate training for operational staff in safety protocols

• Perform workplace safety audits and incident investigations

• Develop Site Preparedness and Emergency Plans

• Oversee safety onboarding for subcontractors

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in health and safety

• Strong grasp of safety regulations in Alberta and British Columbia

• NCSO preferred; incident investigation training is essential

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required

• Must pass a drug screening prior to employment
