Position: Highway Infrastructure Supervisor Role
Take charge of highway and infrastructure projects as a Highway Infrastructure Supervisor us on safety, quality, and contract compliance in a field-based setting.

In this role, you will act as the Ministry Representative, overseeing critical aspects of construction project management. Emphasizing teamwork and technical excellence, you’ll gain valuable experience while working on a diverse array of projects across British Columbia. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgeting and cost tracking effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality specifications

• Chair meetings and maintain project documentation

• Collaborate in resolving disputes and claims

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields

• Minimum of two years' experience in construction supervision

• Expertise in MOTT specifications and quality systems

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and digital terrain modeling

• Willingness to travel within British Columbia
