Position: Enrolment Services Coordinator with Customer Focus
Enhance student interactions as an Enrolment Services Representative. Offer quality service and manage enrolment data effectively within the Office of the Registrar.

This role demands excellence in customer service, overseeing student inquiries and ensuring proper documentation is maintained. You'll process applications, assist with course registrations, and create student IDs while adhering to institutional policies. An emphasis will be on fostering a positive environment for visitors and students alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for students

• Process enrolment forms and maintain accuracy of records

• Provide guidance and assistance with course registration

• Manage sensitive information while ensuring confidentiality

• Conduct daily transaction reconciliations diligently

Requirements:

• One-year certificate in Office or Business Administration required

• At least two years in customer service, preferably in education

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of enrolment policies desired

• Fast and accurate data entry skills of 100 keystrokes per minute
