In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients visiting Life Labs. Your focus will include welcoming customers, processing incoming specimens, and effectively managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Utilizing your interpersonal skills, you'll also troubleshoot specimen concerns and promote the use of digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and ensure comfort for all customers
• Manage customer wait times and enter patient data
• Accurately sort and process incoming specimens
• Troubleshoot and resolve specimen-related incidents
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in computer applications and typing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset
