Join U-Haul as a Customer Service Representative in Prince George, British Columbia. Provide essential support and assistance using modern technology to enhance customer journeys.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining high service standards and supporting customers both inside and outside the U-Haul center. Your responsibilities include using U-Scan technology for managing rentals, maintaining equipment, and educating customers on services. Engaging in ongoing training at U-Haul University will enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers at the U-Haul center on products
• Manage rentals and inventory with U-Scan technology
• Hook up and move U-Haul trucks and trailers
• Clean, inspect, and check equipment fluid levels
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
• Willingness to engage in U-Haul safety practices
• Strong customer service skills and communication
