As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll assist customers with their needs while ensuring equipment is clean and well-maintained. You will use advanced technology for managing rentals, move and hook up U-Haul trucks, and address customer inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with inquiries about rentals
• Utilize U-Scan technology for seamless transactions
• Hook up and move U-Haul vehicles and trailers
• Maintain cleanliness of rental equipment
• Process rental returns and prepare invoices
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a good record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work physically
• Open availability for continuous training
• Comfortable working outdoors and indoors
