Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to phone inquiries regarding fares and schedules
• Book, change, and cancel flight reservations efficiently
• Resolve service disruption issues promptly
• Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes
• Assist with cargo shipments and deliveries
Requirements:
• Customer service experience required
• Strong communication skills for difficult conversations
• Ability to multitask in a time-sensitive environment
• Flexibility for irregular shifts and outdoor work
• Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds
