Deliver top-notch service at YMCA BC as a Customer Service Representative at the Vanderhoof Aquatic Centre. Join a community-focused team to promote memberships and manage customer interactions effectively.

As part of the Vanderhoof Aquatic Centre, you’ll report to the Centre Manager while thriving in a casual, permanent position.

Your role centers on providing a welcoming environment and ensuring efficiency at the front counter. Key responsibilities include utilizing POS systems, selling memberships, and maintaining facility cleanliness, all while upholding YMCA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a 5-star customer service experience

• Promote and sell memberships to potential members

• Use POS systems for bookings and money handling

• Share accurate program information with customers

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent experience

• Customer service experience preferred

• Clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector search

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Provide three satisfactory references
