As a Customer Service Representative, you will be pivotal in addressing customer requests while ensuring efficient operations. This position requires a minimum of two years of data entry and office experience, alongside strong interpersonal skills. You will work the evening shift from 11:30 PM to 8:00 PM, with options for overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer requests via phone and email
• Complete order entry and paperwork efficiently
• Assist warehouse and drivers with documentation
• Complete reports to support daily operations
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of data entry and office experience
• Knowledge of TDG paperwork is an asset
• Strong computer and organization skills
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic setting
