This part-time instructor role offers 24-32 hours weekly and is key to facilitating hands-on student learning. You will create lesson plans, guide students in labs and during clinical placements, and uphold program standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate classroom and clinical student learning

• Develop lesson plans and assessments aligned with objectives

• Supervise students during their clinical experience

• Ensure program compliance with accreditation standards

• Maintain detailed records of student progress and evaluations

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of full-time nursing experience

• At least 2800 hours in nursing practice

• Experience working with complex health needs in older adults

• Aptitude for teaching and mentoring adult learners

• Provincial Instructors Diploma or commitment to achieve one
