As a Coordinator, you will work closely with the Coordinator of Staffing Education to develop and deliver training materials for the ESP and my Schedule applications. Your responsibilities will include fostering collaboration with the HR Operations team, driving the creation of a comprehensive training plan, and implementing process improvements. You will also stay current on collective agreements and policies to ensure training materials are up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop training plans for Employee Scheduling Software
• Conduct training sessions for staff across the organization
• Collaborate with HR on strategic staffing priorities
• Analyze training evaluation results for improvements
• Research best practices in training methodologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Understanding of adult learning theories
• Willingness to travel across the Northern Health region
