Position: Contract Teacher K-7 at School District No. 57
Make a difference as a Contract Teacher for Grades K-7 at School District No. 57, located in beautiful Prince George, BC. This limited duration role emphasizes trauma-informed practices and dynamic teaching methods.
In this 0.4 FTE position, the selected applicant will deliver engaging lessons on Thursdays and Fridays. Ideal candidates should possess a BC Teaching Certificate and demonstrate successful integration of Indigenous culture within the curriculum.

Experience with both assessment strategies and social-emotional learning will be pivotal in creating a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and manage K-7 classes on specified days

• Promote Indigenous culture and heritage in lessons

Requirements:

• Valid BC Teaching Certificate or proof of application
