Support students in Prince George as an Education Assistant 2 with School District 57. This position involves aiding academic and behavioral activities in a vibrant classroom setting.
As an Education Assistant 2, your primary responsibility will be assisting teachers and helping students individually or in small groups. You will engage with students during structured and unstructured times, such as recess and after school, ensuring a positive learning environment. This role is crucial for promoting independence and developing essential life skills in students with exceptional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with instructional materials and classroom activities

• Support students in personal hygiene and health procedures

Requirements:

• Grade twelve education minimum

• Six college/university level courses related to children’s learning

• One year of experience with exceptional needs children
