Join us at Decker Lake Elementary in Burns Lake, BC, as an Inclusive Education Teacher, starting September 1, 2026. This position focuses on supporting students through behavioral intervention and individualized education plans.

As a 1.0 continuing specialist, you will be responsible for developing effective IEPs and employing diverse teaching strategies. Working collaboratively with students, families, and the community, you'll support high standards of learning and promote equity in education. Your expertise in functional behavior assessment and response to interventions will drive positive learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored IEPs for students
