Candidates should be registered nurses holding a Baccalaureate degree with 3 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience. In this role, you will oversee students in both lab and clinical settings, ensuring a rich learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and create engaging course content for nursing students

• Supervise nursing students in lab and clinical settings

• Support an inclusive educational environment

• Stay informed on current nursing practices and educational strategies

• Engage in continuous faculty development initiatives

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (RN status)

• 3 to 5 years of clinical practice experience

• Preferred recent teaching experience

• Registration with BCCNM required

• Higher education credentials are advantageous
