Support educational practices as a Casual Education Assistant 2, working with students on an on-call basis. This role emphasizes academic support and skill development.

You will assist teachers in guiding students through their education plans, providing essential support in academic as well as life skills. Responsibilities include monitoring behavior during school activities, preparing educational materials, and aiding in daily health procedures. This role requires adaptability as you'll interact with students in various contexts, from classrooms to school events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with academic drills and behavioral monitoring

• Prepare and organize instructional materials

• Record student observations and score tests

• Provide assistance in community access activities

• Supervise during breaks and bus transitions

Requirements:

• High school diploma and six relevant college courses

• Experience supporting youth with exceptional needs

• Ability to perform designated health and behavior management tasks

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Work collaboratively as part of a school team
