Position: Access Facilitator for Student Success
Drive student engagement as an Access Facilitator at our college. This role focuses on coordinating support services for participants seeking training and employment opportunities.

Working under the designated Manager, you will recommend and provide vital services to help students access post-secondary education and employment. Collaborating closely with college staff and community resources, your role includes regular check-ins with students to identify extra support needs, facilitating appointments with advisors, and guiding students through their educational pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend access services tailored to student needs

• Coordinate with support services and community resources

• Schedule regular check-ins to assess additional support needs

• Facilitate appointments with advisors and resources

• Assist in navigating education and training plans

Requirements:

• Experience in education or support services

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to coordinate multiple resources effectively

• Commitment to student success and transition support

• Proficient in creating action plans for clients
