Position: Access Facilitator for Student Success
Become an Access Facilitator at our College, helping students navigate post-secondary education and employment. Coordinate services and support for participants to ensure their success.

In this role, you will provide essential access services to students under the guidance of the designated Manager. Working closely with College staff and community resources, you'll facilitate appointments with support service advisors. Your responsibility includes scheduling regular check-ins to assess student needs and assist them in developing effective education and training plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend and coordinate services for student participants

• Schedule check-ins to determine additional support needs

• Facilitate appointments with support service advisors

• Guide students in navigating their training plans

• Collaborate with community resources to enhance services

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of post-secondary education systems

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to assess and address student needs

• Experience in education or support services

• Commitment to student success and empowerment

Support students' transition into the workforce by enhancing their access to education and resources.
