Become part of Mouse Mountain Elementary in Fraser Lake, BC as a Kindergarten/Grade 1 Teacher starting September 1, 2026. This .40 continuing position focuses on positive classroom engagement and inclusive learning.

The role requires a Bachelor of Education and a valid BC teaching certificate. In this position, you will support diverse learners and create an active learning environment. Your skills in differentiated instruction and trauma-informed practices will help meet varied student needs and enhance learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere

• Assist students in various primary curriculum areas

• Utilize competency-based assessment strategies

• Collaborate on Individual Education Plans (IEP)

• Integrate technology to enhance learning experiences

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education (Elementary)

• Valid BC teaching certificate

• Experience with inclusive instruction
