Student Access Facilitator

Position: Student Access Facilitator Role

This position involves close collaboration with the designated Manager and other College staff. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and recommend services that enhance participants' access to educational resources. You'll regularly meet with students to assess their support needs and assist them in successfully navigating their education plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide recommendations for access services to students

• Facilitate regular check-ins to assess additional needs

• Coordinate with support service advisors for student appointments

• Assist students with their training and education navigation

• Partner with community resources for enhanced support

Requirements:

• Background in education or support roles

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to identify and address student challenges

• Knowledge of post-secondary training and employment pathways

• Passion for promoting educational success and access
