Educational Access Facilitator

Position: Educational Access Facilitator Role
Empower students as an Educational Access Facilitator at our college. Focus on facilitating access to training, education, and employment resources.

Under the guidance of the designated Manager, you will coordinate services ensuring that students receive support throughout their educational journey. This includes working closely with college staff, scheduling regular student check-ins, and facilitating connections to appropriate community resources and advisors to enhance student success in their programs and workforce transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate access services for students in need

• Consult with college staff and community for resources

• Conduct regular check-ins with students to determine support needs

• Facilitate appointments with educational advisors

• Help students develop their training and employment plans

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in educational support services

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Passion for student advocacy and success

• Capacity to navigate various support systems

• Skills in creating tailored action plans

Engage with students’ educational journeys as an Educational Access Facilitator.
