Position: Primary Educator for Multi-Grade Classrooms
Location: Quesnel

Join Parkland Elementary School as an Elementary Primary Teacher, starting September 1, 2026. Engage students across Grades 2, 3, and 4 in a multi-grade environment.

In this full-time role, the teacher will navigate the complexities of multi-grade classrooms with collaboration at the forefront. A valid BC Teaching Certificate and successful recent teaching experience at the Primary or Intermediate level are essential. The role involves participating actively in school improvement and behavioral initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction for multi-grade students effectively

• Participate in the school’s growth and improvement efforts

• Implement strategies from the Positive Behaviour Support program

• Collaborate with fellow educators on classroom strategies

• Engage in environmental initiatives within the school

Requirements:

• Valid BC Teaching Certificate in good standing

• Experience in Primary/Intermediate education

• Ability to work collaboratively within a school team

• Dedication to professional growth and learning

• Commitment to creating a supportive classroom culture
