Mineral Processing Trainer at Artemis Gold

Location: Vanderhoof

Enhance processing plant efficiency with Artemis Gold as a Trainer at the Blackwater Mine site. This role focuses on delivering training programs and fostering skills in mineral processing personnel.

As a key member reporting to the Superintendent – Processing, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training initiatives. Your expertise in mineral processing and strong leadership skills will contribute to the success of the operations. Engage with the team and subject matter experts to create tailored training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct training sessions on ore processing and equipment operation

• Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs for operations

• Design engaging training materials, including manuals and simulations

• Assess training effectiveness and provide coaching support

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and assist in plant auditing

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in mineral processing or related field preferred

• 10+ years of mineral processing operations experience required

• Previous training and development experience is an asset

• Strong presentation skills with LMS experience preferred

• Ability to work in a remote camp on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation
