Support students in Vanderhoof as a Casual Learning Support Worker with School District No. 91. Assist in educational programs, advocate for students, and work collaboratively with staff.

Join School District No. 91 (Nechako Lakes) as a Casual Learning Support Worker. This role focuses on meeting individual student needs in a casual capacity without guaranteed hours. You’ll be involved in delivering educational programs and advocating for students within various school teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support individual student needs in collaboration with staff

• Assist in delivering educational programs for students

• Advocate for students’ interests in school-based teams

Requirements:

• Grade 12 completion (Dogwood Certificate)

• Education Assistant Certificate program finished

• Minimum 6 months experience with children/youth

• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License with clean record

• WHMIS 2015 Certificate and safety procedure knowledge
