Casual Early Childhood Educator Position

In this on-call role, your expertise in early childhood education will be pivotal to the Strong Start BC Early Learning programs. You will work with school staff to create welcoming learning environments, maintain detailed program records, and encourage parental involvement. A diploma in Early Childhood Education and certification in British Columbia are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize educational activities aligned with child development

• Maintain accurate daily program documentation

• Collaborate with parents and provide community resources

• Support transitions for families entering kindergarten

• Attend necessary meetings to discuss program improvements

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education

• Current BC Early Childhood Education certification

• Foodsafe certification

• 1 year of relevant experience

• Class 5 driver's license
