School District No. 57 is recruiting casual Uncertified Teachers on a call basis for several local schools. Applicants should ideally possess a minimum of three years of post-secondary education and experience interacting with kids or teens. A current driver’s license and transportation are necessary, given the geographic spread of schools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support inclusive education through effective lesson delivery
• Create and maintain positive classroom environments
• Implement differentiation and emotional support strategies
• Collaborate with other teachers and community members
• Integrate technology in lessons to enhance student learning
Requirements:
• Three years of post-secondary education required
• Experience working with children or youth recommended
• Knowledge of curriculum and assessment practices
• Reliable transportation for school travel essential
