Position: High Impact Math Tutor for Students
Join Hey Tutor as a High Impact Math Tutor and make a significant difference for high school students in Prince George, Maryland. This in-person role emphasizes engaging tutoring sessions and offers competitive pay.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree or higher, or be enrolled in college courses.

You'll work with grades 9-12, tutoring math and creating enriching learning experiences for students. This opportunity is particularly suited for education majors looking for consistent tutoring work and the chance to make a real impact daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tutor groups of high school students in math autonomously

• Deliver engaging lessons according to established curriculum

• Foster positive learning environments with student participation

• Track and document student progress in the Hey Tutor Dashboard

• Assist with assessments when necessary

Requirements:

• Completed AA degree or currently in college

• Preferred experience with high school math students

• Ability to lead large student groups independently

• Comfortable working in a classroom setting

• Must pass an FBI-DOJ in-person background check

Engage in meaningful educational work with Hey Tutor, guiding students to success in mathematics.
