• Minimum of 2 years of experience in drilling or a related field
• Proven ability to operate drilling equipment safely and effectively
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed

• Experience with geotechnical drilling techniques
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Knowledge of environmental regulations related to drilling activities
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Familiarity with industry-related software and technologies
