The position offers a challenging, diverse and exciting opportunity to become part of our team with plenty of room for future growth. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operation Coordinator.

You’ll Do:
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Care, control and operation of thermal fluid heaters and auxiliary equipment
- Care, control and operation of water treatment systems
- Care, control and operation of mechanical refiners
- Monitoring and operation of various computer-controlled remote systems
- Work in both a control room and production floor environment
- Quality control testing, reporting and data logging
You have:
- A valid fourth-class power engineering designation, including firing time
- Experience working in an manufacturing and/or industrial environment
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Desire to progress, learn, grow and succeed
- Excellent interpersonal and crew building skills
- The flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation Package:
- The hourly pay rate for this position may vary depending on the experience, education and location - $34.80 - $47.87.
- Outstanding benefits package including medical, dental, pension, life insurance, disability, accident insurance, vacation and holidays.
