In this pivotal role, you will assist the Project Manager in overseeing project quality, engaging in an efficient work roster of 2 weeks on/1 week off. You will apply your mechanical engineering degree and over eight years of field experience to enhance project delivery and maintain high operational standards. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial in managing stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager with quality assurance

• Provide technical support in project execution

• Adhere to detailed project plans and protocols

• Develop and maintain team relationships

• Communicate effectively across all levels of management

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or postgraduate qualification

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in minerals processing

• Proven EPC and EPCM experience

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Excellent oral and written communication
