As a Senior Site Project Engineer, you will report to the Project Manager and work on a 2 weeks on/1 week off rotation. Key Responsibilities- Support the Project Manager in team quality assurance
- Deliver technical competence in project execution
- Adhere to project‑specific procedures and protocols
- Manage relationships within a multidisciplinary team
- Communicate effectively to motivate and engage stakeholders
- Degree or post‑graduate qualification in Engineering
- 8+ years experience in minerals processing
- Proven work history in EPC and EPCM environments
- Robust people and relationship management skills
- Effective written and oral communication
