Project Controls Lead at WSP

Guide project teams as the Project Controls Lead r role will be essential in managing costs, schedules, and financial metrics on major projects.
WSP is looking for a seasoned Analyst to drive decision-making for complex projects requiring 7-10 years of progressive experience. In this leadership role, you will manage project controls, perform risk assessments, and ensure visibility into financial performance metrics. Collaborative efforts with other departments will streamline processes and enhance project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and analyze project cost estimates and projections

• Monitor project performance against established benchmarks

• Identify and communicate cost and schedule variances

• Prepare project controls reporting for stakeholders

• Provide guidance to junior Project Controls Analysts
Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years in project controls and cost analysis

• Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting and forecasting

• Ability to analyze earned value management metrics

• Experience in risk assessment and change management

• Strong analytical and communication abilities
