WSP is looking for a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to strengthen its Ground Engineering & Materials practice. You will lead complex investigations and guide multidisciplinary teams throughout the project life cycle. This position enables you to foster technical excellence and mentor staff while engaging with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead geotechnical investigations and advanced analyses

• Guide teams through full project life cycles

• Evaluate soil and rock conditions with advanced modelling

• Shape methodologies and standards for geotechnical practices

• Mentor staff and develop capabilities
Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Geological Engineering

• Registration as a P.Eng. in Canada

• 15+ years of geotechnical consulting experience

• Expertise in advanced geotechnical analysis

• Proficiency with Geo Studio or equivalent tools
