Position: Senior Hydrologist at SLR Consulting
Join SLR Consulting as a Senior Hydrologist in Western Canada, and lead impactful hydrology projects across mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Drive innovative water resource solutions while mentoring the next generation.

As part of our expanding Hydrogeology and Hydrology Team, you’ll deliver senior technical leadership on diverse hydrology projects. Your expertise in hydrologic assessments and water balance studies will shape project success and client satisfaction. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to business development as you mentor junior staff and ensure technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hydrological assessments for diverse projects

• Provide expertise in hydrologic processes and client support

• Design hydrometric monitoring programs with data management

• Conduct hydrologic modelling and water balance studies

• Review hydrology deliverables for quality and compliance

Requirements:

• 10+ years in hydrology or water resources consulting

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant discipline

• Professional registration as a P. Geo

• Proven project delivery experience

• Strong communication and mentoring skills
