Engineer in Water Resources Management - Blackwater

Artemis Gold seeks a skilled Water Resources Engineer to enhance water management systems at the Blackwater mine site. This role focuses on innovative engineering solutions for effective resource utilization.

As a Water Resources Engineer, your responsibilities will encompass the design, monitoring, and optimization of water infrastructure. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safe operational practices while supporting regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship. Strong analytical skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead water management and monitoring programs

• Develop and validate Gold Sim models for water balance

• Conduct hydrological analyses and risk assessments

• Prepare detailed engineering designs and documentation

• Collaborate with multiple departments on project goals

Requirements:

• P.Eng. registration or eligibility in Canada

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline

• Minimum 3 years of mining or water management experience

• Proficient in relevant engineering software

• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
